Products
We strive to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur.

Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.

Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and alternative payment methods such as Klarna (where available). Services with payment options can not be used for bookings or service requests.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from use of our products beyond their intended purpose.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of all items Kaylin Swanson Designs creates/offers, no returns will be allowed/accepted, however a exchange or "remake" of any item will be processed if communicated within 7 calendar days of receipt of any item.

Return Period (if granted)

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns to facility are at the cost of the customer not Kaylin Swanson Designs.

Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags/packaging intact. This is non-negational, Payment and refund is subject to return AFTER items have been confirmed as unused, sealed and unworn with tags still attached/included.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (no store credit).

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return and has been confirmed as unused.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 3-5 business day without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@kaylinswanson.com with your order number and intention to withdraw.

Live Sales
Kaylin Swanson Designs will attempt to ship within 24 hours of any paid live sales or custom invoice creations. Please communicate any changes, cancellations or corrections within this 24 hour period to hello@kaylinswanson.com
A $10.00 restocking fee will occur for every invoice that needs to be altered, canceled or voided due to client request.

Return Instructions

International orders: typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance, and strike concerns.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on the amount of items purchased - this is considered a discount, as most boxes to ship over one pound is $19.95 retail.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, a return request will need to be started if you would like to cancel your order/items, and return of funds will be contingent on the condition of the returned items.

Live Sale Invoicing and local options
Creating an Account:
To receive invoices for items claimed during live sales, you must create an account at www.kaylinswanson.com. These sales are run like flash sales—prices are limited-time offers and all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are 100% based on current carrier rates. I don’t add any handling fees or markups—what you pay is what I pay.
​
Order Pickup:
If you'd prefer to pick up your order, please let me know before invoices are sent. Pickup is available in Citrus Heights, CA. I’ll provide the exact address and available pickup times upon request. (For more information on this, please see the next FAQ section)

Local Delivery:
I’m happy to offer delivery within the greater Sacramento area! A small fee applies based on your distance and time of day for delivery. Please reach out if you’d like to coordinate this option.

Local Pick up disclaimer:
Kaylin Swanson Designs is excited to offer a local pickup option for our customers! Before selecting this option, please review the following terms:

Pickup Location & Hours – Pickup will be available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to arrange your pickup.
​
Processing Time – Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
​
Pickup Window – Orders must be picked up within 25 days of receiving your pickup notification. Unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation.
​
ID & Order Confirmation – For security purposes, please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your purchase.
​
No Shipping Substitutions – Once an order is placed for pickup, it cannot be switched to shipping. If you need your order shipped instead, a new order must be placed.
​
Liability – Kaylin Swanson Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once an order has been picked up.

Q: Who makes your lip balm?
A: Kaylin Swanson makes all lip balms from start to finish, this includes physically making the balm, filling the lip balm tubes, designing labels and applying said labels to the tubes.

Q: What items do you use in your recipe?
A: What you see on the label is all you will get, there a NO fillers, dyes or stains in ANY of our lip balms or body care items! All ingredients are organic, and sustainably sourced.

Q: What kind of essential oils do you use?
A: Kaylin Swanson Designs only uses lip safe, non synthetic essential oils in all lip or body care items.

Q: Who makes your sewn goods?
A: Kaylin Swanson makes all sewn goods from start to finish, this includes designing, cutting fabrics from designed patterns, and sewing each item!
